Coming from someone who's 2000+ in multiple time controls, 2000+ is highly overrated. There is nothing special from being over 2000+, we still play terrible chess.

I think tactics is the main thing. Learning some openings well as well as some theoretical endgames does help as well.

Can anyone help me by saying some solid tactical openings for black and white

I presume you mean in standard chess? Then focus on your goals and play standard chess only, no variants.
So you aim at 4 time controls, I guess classical, rapid, blitz, bullet?
So aim at classical first: that is the easiest to accomplish and the acquired skill will be transferable to rapid. Likewise rapid to blitz. Likewise blitz to bullet. First crawl, then walk, then run, then sprint.
So only classical for now.
Use all the time allowed by the time control.
In the below game you lose with more time on your clock than you started with.
Most chess games are essentially decided by move 30. So use all of your time before move 30 and finish the game on increment.
Activate move confirmation in your profile: think about your move, play it, check it is no blunder, confirm.
Whenever you lose a game, analyse it thoroughly.

At your rating, you should probably play the standard e4, e5 stuff. So, with white play the Italian and with black play e5 in response to e4 and d5 in response to d4. I think that's the best way to improve

Do not worry about openings. You will rarely lose a game in the opening. Most losses will be from tactics in the middle game.
Lasker in his "Common Sense in Chess" supplied 4 simple rules to play the opening

  1. Only play the e- and d-pawns
  2. Develop knights before bishops
  3. Do not play the same piece twice
  4. Do not pin knights with bishops
