Can anyone explain? Its not working

Download the PGN and open a study here in lichess uploading the same pgn on the new chapter tab. With the link it doesn't work for me either.

Import means different, for importing a game your first step is right but second is wrong, second step is Tools -> Import Game > Choose file > Desired PGN file.

Links from chess.com don't work, as it is clearly written that links are accepted only if they are from chessgames.com or lichess.org
