I know but i d'ont know WATH is the PGN.

All chess websites, where you can go through chess games, have the option to copy/download/export the PGN. You just have to find the button.

If your game is OTB and not on the web, then you can create an empty study, play through the moves and add all the information you want to add. Can download the full PGN from the study chapter.
Or, if custom information is not necessary, then can do the same from Analysis Board.
Or google "PGN Editor".
