How to handle the scotch?

I generally play the scotch a lot in crazyhouse. I think it is not that great in normal chess as it gives a lot of chances and open lines to black.

The scotch is good if you lose a lot in chess...couple of icecubes you feel a lot better

Whatever you do, don't jump straight to Laphroag. Start with something lighter, build your base on the Speyside, then make inroads into Islay.
