How do I get more members in my team?

Play real classical chess tournaments over the board and get a CM title.

how to become a successful actor at Hollywood?

Get famous outside of Hollywood and after that do cameos.

Why answer rhetorical questions?

Why not?

Have some kind of real reason for having a team. Just starting up a team more or less at random and saying, "Hey, join my team!" isn't very compelling. But then, most of the teams around here seem pretty senseless to me. They're not based upon people who have anything in common (location, for example)...so it all comes off as rather arbitrary and silly.

Arbitrary: Yes, absolutely.

Some teams are obviously there to assemble certain groups of players like Lichess Swiss, Lichess chess960, national federations with specific activities etc.

If there is a useful technical purpose of teams besides assembling people with an interest in certain specific areas of chess I do not know.
However the one FIDE-organized GM simul I played in had a real arbiter in it so there was some organizing behind it. This organizing may be easier with a virtual team that forms the pool of all players in a tournament.

To grow your team, start by creating a welcoming and active environment on your team page and in forums. Promote your team in relevant Lichess forums and social media groups, highlighting its unique focus or friendly community. Organize regular team tournaments or events, as these are great for attracting active players. Most importantly, be responsive to join requests and engage with your current members to build a positive reputation.

It is difficult to promote your team when it is forbidden to recruit in forums or DMs. I can tell you my favorite way to connect with people though. Offer to chat with your opponents about the games that you just played against each other. It’s a shared experience and you can find like-minded people that way. Do it enough times then, wa-la, you have a team.

The other thing you could try is joining someone else’s team and become involved in shaping it over time.
