@mysterious_1 You know that Antichess has fixed moves. You can't play anything else when a capture is available. So, premoves are good there. But it is not same in standard. Every move, there are numerous possibilities. (Except when king is in a check). So if we plan that opponent will play this move and then we will play this, the opponent can change his move and do something else and we would have blundered.
I usually am better at ultra on phone (cuz I don’t use kb) I recommend learning to premove instantaneously. It will save u from time trouble in winning positions. U need to execute opening moves ASAP and only in middlegame can u spend a few secs. Move ultra-fast in endgame
You have to know when to premove and when not to. What happens if d4 e6 bg5 and you premove d5. On the other hand if you take time for every single move you will flag easily.

If you want to get better in ultrabullet then you either have to be good at checkmating, knowing when to premove/not and also be speedy. I hope this helps, have a great adventure improving! :)
Tips in ultrabullet:
1. If you have a losing position, try flag your opponents
2. Good moves to make are mostly checks and repeated moves (e.g Ng8-f6-g8-f6-g8 etc) because when you check your opponent their premove will be cancelled and they will spend valuable seconds moving the king out of the way/blocking the check/capturing the checking piece.
3. Premoving is ESSENTIAL in ultrabullet: but you should tend to start premoving after the opening. You should avoid dirty tricks, such as 1.d4 g6 2. Bh6?!? Bg7?? 3. Bxg7! and wins.
4. Try to dirty trick THEM
