Your RD must be below 65. Currently yours is at 66, so play one more game.

Hi @jpw1
You have a parameter called rating deviation (RD) associated with your rating. Its value signifies how stable your rating is. In technical words, it indicates how confident the platform is about your rating. For instance, if a user just joins Lichess or have not played any rated game for a long time, the platform would not be sure if his/her rating really indicates his/her playing strength. The lower value of RD means your rating is more stable. You can view your RD by clicking your rating on your profile page. The more rated games you play, your RD gets lower. You have different RDs for different time variants (for standard chess) and chess variants.
Now actually answering your question, you get your rank when your RD for that particular variant is less than a certain threshold value. For the various time variants of standard chess (bullet, blitz, rapid and classical), the threshold is 75. For the other chess variants (atomic, chess960 etc.), the threshold value is 65. Therefore, the answer to your question is that if you play enough rated games so that your RD is less than this threshold value, you will get a rank.
