How to do multiple premoves.

I see all the streamers doing multiple premoves at the same time but I do not understand how to do it. Is it an extension or something?

They use chess.com. Chess.com allows them to do multiple premoves at once.

I'm actually going to put this into lichess.org feedback. I found it annoying myself.

As has been said you can on chesscom but not here. Another difference is that premoves cost zero time on lichess but 0.1 seconds on chesscom.
