I have a chess class. how to add students into a team so that making tournaments possible

Alright. For you here's what I find best...

Create a team and set "joining policy" to "a confirmation is required to join"
Tell your students to join the team and tell you their lichess names.
Only accept them if you only want to accept your students.

Once that's done, when creating a tournament, go to advanced settings, and set "Only members of team" to your team of students and they can join!

Your students will see the team name on your profile all's they have to do is click on the team and it takes them where they can join.
