As a Queen's Gambit player with white myself, I don't recommend the Albin's countergambit. It is only a problem if you play too passive with white, then black has a simple plan to attack.
But it is unsound and I often get easy advantage with white. Stockfish doesn't like it, too.
You can play the Queen's Gambit accepted (dxc4), but then you should know what you are doing with black, because you gave up your center and now you need to know how to attack white's center.
The Queen's Gambit declined (d5, e6) is very solid and easy to play with black I think. You just need a plan how to develop your light squared bishop after you castled.
Also the Slav (d5, c6, at some point Bf5) and Semislav (d5, c6, e6) which are good responses, but need a little more theory.
