it happens .. usually taking a break, exercising helps clear the mind.. but if your in a mood where you want to play chess but don't really want to play chess.. do puzzles instead for me a lot of problems arise when i get in time trouble or miss a key move in the opening .. but i don't go into fits of rage when i'm lost or mess up badly i just kinda say a few curse words try and defend if i can or resign when necessary it helps me to talk aloud what my plans are , what i think my opponents plans are
