I am actually 1800 on classical rating. My FIDE is 1108 but I don't think that it reflects my real level. So if you guys have any kind of equation (I love equations) please let me know.

I have seen a formula which is: Estimated FIDE=187 + classical lichess rating x 0.38 + Lichess blitz rating x 0.48
So technically, with a rating of classical of 1809 and a blitz rating of 1407, my estimated FIDE rating would be about 1550. But I'm not sure if it is accurate.

Hi,
That is not possible to estimate your FIDE rating thanks to your lichess or any other chess sites ratings. The only way is to play a lot of tournaments OTB until your FIDE rating is stabilized.

If with "real level" you mean your OTB strength compared to other FIDE rated players, then 1108 is your real level. Every other number is pure wishful thinking.
