How should we get a lichess title??

@SWARNIM_22, find some chess club in your city and ask them, they should know everything about upcoming FIDE tournaments. If you want to get a FIDE title, you have to play only official FIDE games with classical time control, remember that. Blitz doesn’t count, you can get a rating, but can’t get a title.
