That's huge numbers but chess.com beats them easily thanks to the domain name, it's incredible: faster website, more variants, free, much better analysis tools, cheating detection, etc.
And yet so many people still don't even know about the website.

Do you guys think that there would be a way in the future to make lichess the chess leader?
And how many patreons are there?

Also since thibault seems to be the only one who has access to many hidden info, does that mean he could be the ultimate cheater?

I registered in chess.com but I didn't play any game. I confess the decisive criterion to me in choosing Lichess as my favorite online chess website is: it's open source. I would support Lichess even if it'd be less good than chess.com – just because it's open source and free.

Fortunately, Lichess is a great website with great functionalities. That's the magic of the open source community !

@Hitsugaya personally I prefer Yahoo Chess. It's much faster than all these pretend-sites.

@AboMhamad just go to lichess.org from your browser instead of using the app. After the site redesign the mobile site is great
