The accuser has lost their account? Wonder why..?
I reported a suspicious player during a 5 min tournament once and that player was banned before I finished the tournament and even challenged me with either a new account or another one, minutes after they were booted out.
I knew he or she was banned because I got a message from Lichess while I was still playing the tourney.

Imagine getting term of service violation for aborting three games. And this game today goes until forced mate in 8, where the loser has two inaccuracies and the winner has only one. I think it is the cleanest game I ever saw, but maybe it is common at the higher levels. I don't know. These guys have way more lichess points than me.

LiChess doesn't ban people for aborting a few games.

In those three games his opponents all have the TOS mark. So the ban happened before any of those games occurred.

I'm starting to think all this discussion of TOS accounts is not worthwhile.

It doesn't make sense to accuse the number one chess site in the world of banning people for essentially a very minor reason.
