You pick your time control. Kinda silly to complain about it. Like picking a fast game then complaining that time is a huge factor. If you like to have more time you can pick like 14 days. Maybe some site offers to play with no limit at all if that is what you looking for.

I think it is a lot of fun games playing with rapid or blitz time control.
