I was probably the best in school during July 2019 when I defeated literally every single player and even my chess school teacher.

I thought this thread was about studies and not chess by just seeing the title.

Thank God it wasn't!

I was an average player in elementary. I had to work hard because ai wasn’t exposed to openings or anything. (Decided to stay that way in middleschool) in highschool I was the third best. In college I was the best and right now Idk because I haven’t ever played anybody in the university i’m in

I assume most have a rating system in there country of some sort so I'm wondering what's your rating in the chess federation of your county? i'm 836 USCF....

I beat my dad and grandpa, which was more important than beating random schoolmates and teachers. Have you beaten your dad or grandpa yet?

School = Very good
Life = Very opposite of that
Chocolate = The combination of fine and math

I am the only good chess player in my family, and my grandad doesn't even play chess.
