I find it kind of hard. Can someone give me some tips? Please

@Sohamroy3rdaccount Learn algebraic notation, and focus on getting them all right, not going fast or doing as many as possible. Read chess books and content online ot get used to the notation. Whenever you discuss moves with someone, use this notation and practice.

It helped me to take the time and describe the moves in my head using coordinates while solving puzzles as if I was explaining my thoughts to someone else.

It takes longer, but it is worth it.
