@NikethReddy To create puzzles, you have to play games, but they can only be Blitz, Rapid, and Classical, as far as I know. Not all of them will be puzzles. That is the only way to create a puzzle I know.

If you want to create your own puzzle sets you can. Nobody needs to approve your games, you can choose your own game masterpieces or blunder fests.

Get Lucas Chess, a free chess software that has tons of features including chess puzzle creation. So you can download your games from Lichess and load them into Lucas Chess and get stockfish to analyze out all the Puzzle Rush style puzzles in your game.

Chessbase used to do this too with the training/tactical databases but Lucas Chess is much better.
