you have a lead in development, and if you quantify it as "crushing", there you go.
However, I am under the impression that no one bothered making scales of such notion, quantification, or counting methods to measure how crushing that imbalance might be.
There might be some probability of winning relationship under assumption of some given pair of player ratings (usually only considering perfect pairs, but I like to put some slack, and use more empirical set-ups, such as real human players).
I wonder what stockfish parameter auto-tuning for such imbalance might be nowadays.... (and how it might have changed with versions). If development chess positional feature made it to its evaluation function, for the subset of positions is does call that function for.
I really think the op question is a good one. and could be made precise in ways I just suggested... or at least attempting to qualify what "crushing" levels might be.
