@WWWWWWWWWMMWWWWWWWWW I don't think there is any convenient available way, but at worst you can play all possible moves and see the evaluation.

Or SF is opensource, so you could automate this process with a script. Or perhaps use only its static evaluation function to get the "positionally worst move", and replace it with a simple 13358 function to get the "tactically worst move".

As for "#2 is insult", it's a joke.

If possible blunder a checkmate.
