How do I enable pre-moves?

Playing on a shaking surface sometimes leads me to place pieces where I do not intend them to be like hanginga queen over a pawn or something like that. I've enabled pre moves for the chess.com app but I do not see how here? Is it a feature or not?

on browser ->

click your name in top-right
click "preferences"
in "game behavior" section there is a setting for "Premoves (playing during opponent turn)" . Click YES right below it

don't know about the app but hope this helps

EDIT: are you looking for premoves or move confirmation? Sounds like you are searching for the second one.

Move confirmation, basically when you click on a square, it will show you a check mark or x mark and prompt whether that move is your final decision.

on browser, the steps to enable move confirmation are the same as to enable premoves, not sure about the app but check the settings and you should find it
