There could be an argument against playing a lot of games. One could argue that playing 2-3 30+30 or 45+45 full focused games a week and analyzing them deeply is better than playing dozens of blitz games a week. A mixture of both is ideal of course, since blitz does have its benefits.

Play against higher rated opponents and analyze it afterwards( 2100+) and follow the lectures given by others ( especially @tpr ).

All great chess players have got great teachers, you have to pay some gm for lessons to improve

I would rather buy a good book by a top grandmaster than pay for a lesson.
My advice is to stop using engines. Why can't you just play honestly?
Master calculation. Engines and top players have shown us that proper and deep calculation wins games.
How about excercising some endgames, for me personally exercising the endgame K+Q vs K+R was very helpful. Besides practice of deep calculation the main benefit for me was a better "whole board vision". Maybe you are ready for it!
@PoetHeart what do you mean exactly?I have never cheated in a chess game but I lost to few and didn't get a refund(still I am not blaming lichess as those were proved to be cheaters after a couple of months )
