Let us suppose that I have a huge database of solvable chess puzzles.
There is an app called Chess PGN master that is quite awesome.
Now, If you load the PGN files onto the Chess PGN master app there is a feature called "Guess the move".
You can solve the puzzles on the app by attempting the moves.
How can I achieve this functionality in lichess?
I want to be able to load thousands of positions as pgns and I want to be able to solve them as puzzles.
The "study" feature by lichess is not suitable for this.It cannot achieve the goal.
So, Is there any way to do this?

I don't know how to do it in lichess, but you can do it locally on your computer in at least two ways.
-
scid vs pc - it has a training mode, and it comes with a large collection of Mate in N puzzles. But you can also add your own puzzle files by copying the database in scid format in the same directory (called folder on windows) where scid vs pc stores its Mate in N databases. I have done this with a collection of 3500 puzzles that I downloaded from http://gorgonian.weebly.com/pgn.html (Auerswald Collection).

Download lichess puzzles database. It is a csv file. Look at the format. Then format your collection similarly. Then use the tool from here https://github.com/brianch/offline-chess-puzzles/releases with your collection of puzzles. I have installed this tool (on linux), and it works.
If you would like more details on this, let me know.
I would like to ask you where you got your puzzle collections. I too collect puzzles in epd and pgn format. One source is epd files which engine developers use for testing; you can get pointers to many such collections on the Chess Programming Wiki. Another source is the website of Bill Wall https://phpwebhosting.com (which seems to have disappeared in the last 1-2 days, and I hope it comes up again soon).

@kajalmaya
Can you please message your email id to me?
I can send the pgn file to you.
It is an awesome collection of classics.
Can you implement the second solution that you talked about (I am not technically savvy) and share it with me?

Please check out this collection of studies by Harold van der Heijden.
These are "studies" and not puzzles.

I have got a cool set of puzzles too and I can share it with you if you give me your email id.
It is simply breathtaking.
