Im trying to review and make comments on some of the moves in my games and can’t seem to find how to do that. How can I comment or make notes on my games?

Create a study.
Click on the Analysis board button when the game finishes, then the hamburger menu under the move list and pick Study. Or you can go to https://lichess.org/study click on the plus sing to create one and paste a PGN that you can copy from the Share and export tab under the board on Analysis board page.
