How can I become a GM level player? I suck, I'm only 2488 :(

Don't play much blitz. Focus on rapid, and if possible, classical games. preferabbly where you are comfortable with time, and don't move quickly. I recommend 30+20 or longer.

Analyze your games afterwards, WITHOUT the engine. Look at your ideas and try finding your mistakes. Afterwards, analyze them with your engine.

Watch youtube videos, and play out the positions OVER THE BOARD. It helps you understand the positions better, since you are actively learning, rather than passively. A great channel is hanging pawns on youtube. His lichess account is "hpy".

Even better than watching videos, buy books, and play out the variations and make sure you master the material. Get books on the endgame - I reccommend buying "100 Endgames You Must Know" by Jesus De La Villa, "Capablanca's Best Chess Endings," By Irving Chernev, and "Silman's Complete Endgame Course" by Jeremy Silman. Buy them all in HARD COPIES, so that you can play it out OTB (over the board). Go to youtube for some more advice on chess books, everyone has different needs.

Practice puzzles A LOT. And I mean it. You don't even know how many games you've probably lost missing tactical combinations.

If possible, get a chess coach. He can review games with you, etc. I have a really good chess coach, and I think he is up for coaching, so if you would like to contact him for coaching, I will send you a PM.
