Help With Flairs

I noticed that some players have a special flair, such as a golden tornado, or a image that they made into a flair. I am interested in finding out how i can do this since it looks interesting.

difficult question. but seeing how it is the puzzle storm symbol, have you tried something radical like searching for, i dunno, "puzzle storm" in the flair selector?

How do I set a flair.
