Why is https://lichess.org/editor/k7/Pp1p1p1p/1P6/8/8/8/3P1P1P/8_b_-_-_0_1 an illegal position in a horde game? the game has legal moves, white does not need a king, and both sides can play legally, other positions that have the game already decided like https://lichess.org/editor/1R6/8/k7/8/1p6/1p6/K7/R7_w_-_-_0_1, and https://lichess.org/editor/8/8/k7/8/8/8/1q6/K7_w_-_-_0_1 can be continued

@Sylenzo Why do you conclude that the first link is marked as an "illegal" position?
Is it the lack of the "continue from here" option? None of the variants seem to allow for that option.
It appears that a truly "illegal" or unplayable position also removes the option for "analysis" and "study". ex. choose the horde variant and add a white king or choose standard variant and remove the white king.
Perhaps @bufferunderrun can clarify.
