It's the right Queen to the right, right in front of the king. The king can't move and the queen is protected from the left queen, so it can't be captured as well - checkmate.

There are many different ways to checkmate in one...

@Prince_of_6ixty4our Oh that's true, now that you mention there are often a lot of checkmates in captchas, but I never noticed as I stop looking once I found one :D
