You could do a million puzzles, analyze your games, get coaching, and still, your rating would not improve.

Why? Learning something takes time. You will internalize concepts slowly and over years playing the game they will become a habit in your mind.

I'm thinking of guys who put in work and get the training done.

You might not be able for it but it can be done.

I've turned slobs into machines in less time with no drugs just diet and grit. You obviously ain't got it! Not for everyone though so don't sweat it.
