In general,

For USCF/CFC players whos rating are 2200+, the ratings will be higher than their equivalent FIDE ratings.

For USCF/CFC players whos ratings are U2200, the ratings will be lower than their equivalent FIDE ratings.

This is just a summary. Its very general and ive said it before its best not to compare.

I believe the closer to 2200 rating you are the closer or more accurate the USCF/CFC vs FIDE comparison. As the ratings get further away from that point the difference should get more obvious.
