Hello! I'm curious to hear what your favorite chess variant is. Personally, I'm quite fond of antichess, even though I admit I'm not particularly skilled at it. Antichess, with its unique rules where the objective is to lose all your pieces rather than checkmate your opponent, adds a twist to traditional chess. The strategy changes dramatically, focusing on sacrifices and clever positioning. I find it incredibly fun and challenging, despite my lack of expertise! What about you? What draws you to your favorite variant?

If I was to say anythin' other than Racin' Kngs, then the Black Pearl would divorce me.
I used to love antichess. After I found out antichess was solved, my love for it dropped for some reason. Now I play crazyhouse and bughouse, I enjoy the unexpectedness these -house variants bring.
