Explanation of .pgn format in lichess opening database explorer

Following is a .pgn 'string' which I would like to "decode" for my own understanding. In particular, does anyone know where this event was played? I speculate that 'FRM' could refer to,say, "FIDE Rapid Masters", 'chT' might mean championship Tournament/Tourney, and '18th' could refer to the "edition' of the event,e.g. the 18th time they conducted this sort of tournament. I noticed that the time control is not indicated,e.g. [TimeControl "-"]. Is this because it was a rapid time controlled event and the time control is normally not included in such circumstances? For those who have both some expertise in chess and knowledge of .pgn formatting, I would be most grateful for your input. Thank you for your help!

For the basics of PGN, I find this article and the following guide (not running https) reliable at the time of posting this:

I think FRM may refer to FIDE Rapid Masters and chT may refer to Championship Tournament. But I'm really not sure about what they mean.

As for time control, "-" means that there was no time control in use at that time.
