This message means you opened the lichess stockfish engine in another tab, it's automatically detected there so it can't be a mistake.

Appealing is useless, just don't use the engine while playing next time.

Why should I use stockfish at the end of the game, did you check the last position?

you're better off asking your questions in the appeal thing. Then you'll talk to people who has a say in this.
