Frustrated with myself, certainly, if I throw away a good position.
But getting angry with the opponent when they make a bad move is not something I've ever experienced. Maybe that will be different among different players. Perhaps you exploit your opponent's mistakes better if you make yourself feel angry? I can understand that.

If my opponent makes a bad move I become quite angry but if I make a bad move I am just a bit annoyed with myself.
How unfortunate! It must be hard being in a perpetual state of anger and annoyance all the time while playing chess. I don’t know how you do it...

At my level and yours, both sides are constantly making mistakes. It's less the Game of Kings, and more a game of Find the Blunder. If blunders upset you, you either need to get real good real fast, or find a different hobby.

I solved this by installing beautiful lichess to make it look better and adding a green background or purple to help me calm myself in games and it works
