when they offer takeback right after a move, yes, even if im in losing position. because if its right after the move mostly this is a mouseslip. But no, if its about 10 sec after a move, thats just a blunder. i never will offer takeback if i blundered. i think takebacks are good, because chess websites only a simulation of real life chess and irl there are no mouseslips. maybe i will accept a takeback after blunder if thats a nice and talkative guy. in games with friends i accepting every takeback

I have it turned off. I'd never ask for one and I'll never give one. I think the feature should be removed as divisive.

for obvious mouseslips then ya, but if you be realizing you hung yo queen on move 2 trying to scholarmate me, nah get the hell out
for draws, well if the position is dead and is drawn then yea sure

I don't usually accept takebacks, unless I made a really bad mistake, and then my opponent asks me for a takeback, I will accept it, that way, hopefully I won't lose. When I play games with my chess coach, and I make a mistake, he shows me what I did wrong, then does as many takebacks as he needs to get the position before I made the mistake, then plays the same move, and then I try to find a good move.
Another reason I would, is because I am playing a friend, and they ask me for a takeback, I will accept it, if it isn't checkmate.

The full monty: opponent asks for a takeback, proposes a draw, then abandons the game.
