You gain elo points everyday, and it countinues like a month or so.
But suddenly you lose 150+ elo in one day and ended up lower than before.
You then get stuck on you new elo for a week, before you gain elo again.
And it repeats over and over.

Confirmed, the way up is slow and rocky, the way down is fast.
I guess losing is easier than winning. Games aren't won by you, they are lost by your opponent. If you have a bad day, there's your losing streak.

A trustworthy rating is one that holds a very low rating deviation and a standings rank number.

If your not in your improvement stage anymore & possibly not studying Chess or practicing or anything then we don't go further . Also as you get older you have to keep up with the times

That's life. And according to some, chess is life. Sure it happens regularly. What did you think. That you could put those rating points in a chest and keep them forever, like stolen treasure. And by the way, they are not "elo points." They are lichess rating points. Elo is a particular system used by FIDE/

Yeah but, as you said, ''A bad day'', won't we recover tomorow? But the reality is just because one ''Bad day'' you have to go though all the prosess a month ago.

For me it is Not so often but i know this Problem. This was in my games in chess960 a time or in Bullet before some years and Sometimes in Blitz or before 2 days in ultrabullet. To fix the problem you must Play only then when You have time and when you are Play anove in this Variant so a too Long Break isn't good.

Yeah, you can easily underperform, but not overperform. Ideally you'd play a long match against someone on the losing streak. Those players are hard to find. ;-)
