Chess fundamentals is not completely based on attacking chess I guess
I don't have that book so I can't compare between the two
I have Mating the Castled King
Covers all basic mating patterns and has exercises
In the end it contains common attacking sacs and attacking strategies

"Chess Fundamentals" covers all the fundamentals of the game, including attacking.

One other point I'd make is that more often than not it won't be your attack that finishes your opponent, it will be their own bad move (unless you're playing a GM), so spending time reading material that will show you how to improve your accuracy (and I don't mean hanging pieces) will be very valuable for your development and rating growth beyond just raw attacking prowess.

Ben Finegold has joked that he doesn't play better chess than others he just blunders less. Focusing on your defence and avoiding mistakes is criminally overlooked.
