Click on your username in the top right, and then in the menu click Background. Finally choose the Dark option.

Click your profile name in the top right, then go > Background > Dark :)

OPTION 1:
Turn off all your lights and close your curtains.

OPTION 2:
Click your username and choose Background > Dark.
