After installation go to the editor mode of the theme and change the colors in the :root section (Line 25 - 28) by clicking the color square right before the color hex code.

On a way more serious note, I am a huge fan of your idea, to add more colors to lichess arrows and circles - this would definetely come in handy for studies! Nicely done! (By the way, would there be a way to change the circles to a full sized square?)
Allowing us to change the default green would be cool too!

Update by request:
Splitting Arrow & Circle color of each variant to give them diffrent colors.
