@Knobelhobel To stop playing blitz is the first step to recovery.
Crawl slowly back to longer time controls. Maybe play first fast rapid, then slow rapid (here I think the best time control to play it would be 15+10) and then classical.
I am probably not qualifed to advice anything, since I am playing only fast chess here - have no patience myself to focus on slow games online, but I never had problems to focus on the games OTB, it was the real challenge and totally different.
Train calculation and positional thinking on puzzles, but not on tactical ones where is always something decisive.
There are puzzles where you have to find the best continuation for one side and long term plan...
