Is anyone here right now because chess.com's server is currently at maximum capacity?
If you get that message, the trick is to click under "Play" on your home page. It will have 4 choices. Since I play rapid, it shows "Play 10 min". If you play blitz it might say that. That's the one you want to click. I am not sure about the other 3, new game, play computer, and play a friend. The computer one is probably good too.
Whenever I get the full capacity message, I click the Play 10 min button and it works.

Rensch is all about the quick buck, he is more likely selling his userbase's personal details, than "negotiating".
