I can't play some games in 3-check (when i create a game) because there are no pièces nor pawns on chess board, yes it's empty when the game begins !! So time passed and after few seconds the game is annuled because i can't play but not on my fault !! Also i'm punished and blocked for several hours !! It's very often the same without reasons because i was playing several game without incidents before the problem comes... it's a bug of the site...
That's a free opportunity to play semi-blindfold chess! You should take it!
I had the same problem with normal chess some time ago. Try to clean cash and cookies in your browser.

You probably activated blindfold mode by accident.

My eyes were open and i don't activated blindfold mode (i didn't know this possibility) and juste before i was playing a game very normally....

Ok you definitely activated blindfold mode by accident just go to your preferences and deactivate it.
