I'm looking to see if someone knows of a comparison matrix chart for some of the leading chess analysis/exploration software. I've found individual reviews of the different solutions, but haven't found direct comparisons. And yes, I do know there are also online solutions (Chessbase web-version, chesstempo game database, and more), but I'm specifically looking at comparisons for the offline solutions.

Get the free Nibbler from github and as many engines as you are interested in, but Nibbler is especially tailored to LC0 and its somewhat hidden/not well documented evaluation options.
"Chess analysis" is such a broad term that any general comparison would be meaningless counting of the checkmarks on the checklists.
