You can just get the lichess app.

I dont want to use the app because there is a 30 second limit! but thanks @Triangel

@Sterzingah You can try chess eye just like Me , I use it on my pc and now after few weeks I can remember the square and their colour but still I'm not good enough

There are some time tactics learning books on chessable like https://www.chessable.com/tactics-time-1/course/21108/ and so on, some free some paid. It might help.
