Chess Insights feature

just noticed the chess insights feature.

Are there instructions available on how to use it?
I don't know how to make use of the information it's giving me.

This forum was supposed to be in Lichess Feedback since the topic is about a feature at Lichess.
By the way, I don't remember how as I am using it for a long time. But I do remember that when we open it, there at the top it used to tell by itself how to use it every time. So in order to stop it, I just closed it for not letting inform every time. So, now I cannot see.
Anyone else help the user out, please!

@ihatelosingman You use this to figure out what your strengths and weaknesses are. For instance, if you lose many games after trading queens, you can see that and you know it would suit you to keep queens on the board.
