Download the benbase one. It only works for scid tho.
If you want the program then scid/ scid vs pc works like #2 said.

To build the master game database for my Chessvis app, I found chessabc.com had the pgnmentor and twic games already included in their PGN.

If you're looking for a mobile device based opening preparation program, my app might suit your purposes. Its got an opening explorer with 4 million master games, 120 million Lichess games. You can build a repertoire, import ones you built elsewhere and practice too. I can point you to a set of videos if you would like.

(Its got the 1.5 million Lichess puzzles in it too.)
