Change user name by deleting and remaking account?

I'm bored with my user name.
Is it possible to change your user name by deleting and remaking your account?
Or do you have to use a new email address to do it?

you can only change case of letters if u want full username to change then u need to create another acc if u don't want to make another mail do one thing use that mail by typing googlemail instead of gmail but only after closing this acc .
from next time post these type of topics in feedback . And for me username matters nothing only ur behaviour and ratings matter .

If there is email like sdfg@gmail.com.then you can use the same email as sdfg@googlemail.com.in this way you can create 2 accounts with same email
