Is there a way to change the puzzle themes and difficulty level on the app? I know it's possible on the site but I can't find the settings on the app, and also the settings I use on the site aren't reflected on the app.
I'm looking for this too. Would be nice.

I absolutely second this. Puzzles on the app is so much worse than on web.
