You do not have to play rated games against family or friends, or considerably lower rated players, multiple times. Chess can absolutely be played for fun- and unrated.

This is one of my blitz games where i stress out because i beserked for 1min plus 0 and was behind by lots of figures until i succesfully devised a plan of gambit for queen.

You mean where your opponent, up a lot of material, doesn’t trade off queens for an obvious advantage and then ignores the discovered check threat/development for a pawn grab? There’s hope chess at its finest, and certainly not a display of chess prowess.
